Lots of Stretching

Our 4 month old budgie is stretching his shoulder wings a lot... he doesn't open the wings, just shrugs his shoulders. He shrugs both at the same time. I have seen him do it before, but recently he has been doing it a little more often.

He may be growing new feathers and others may be coming out, but it isn't a large amount as in moulting. He is very healthy, very curious and very social. He is eating and drinking normally. Thank you!
