Love bird with red skin around eyes

My Lovebird has reddened skin around eyes and over the beak, what could be the possible cause?? It looks like the feathers have fall out around those areas and the skin looks swollen.

You will need to take your bird to an avian vet for diagnosis and treatment. Dr B can not diagnose or treat sick birds over the Internet, sorry. There are not any over the counter meds that are safe, because you can make your bird worse while the real problem goes untreated.
