Lovebird Chick's Eye

I'm hand-raising two 3 week old fischer's lovebirds and one of them seems to have something wrong with one of its eyes. The right eye looks as though it's still only part way through opening, but it's been this way for a few days now and the left eye's fully opened already.

It doesn't seem to be affecting the chick in any way, it's perfectly healthy, feeding fine, can still see enough etc, but it just looks a little odd. I've tried to take a photo, which I've uploaded, but it's not as clear on film. I'm just curious to know if it's a natural deformity, something that'll fix on its own, or of if there's anything I can do to help it open the rest of the way.
