Lovebird with orange/yellow lump/bump

I have my 13 year old female lovebird with a yellow/orange bump(lump) between her legs but a little above them. Shes had this for about a week and it doesn't seem to bother her much, but I'm still worried since its unusual.

It feels soft and like theres something inside of it(liquid). I'd really like to know what it is and if it'll turn into a emergency soon.

Get your bird to a avian vet please. If you had a lump that looked like that, would you not go to the doctor???

Dr B can not help, and neither can anyone over the Internet. You must get your bird to an avian vet for an in person exam right away. The lump needs to be tested in order for the proper treatment to be decided.
