Lovebird with swollen right eye

Hi, My female lovebird is 5 years old and I noticed today that the white flesh around her right eye is a yellowy colour and is swollen up a bit. She does not seem distressed at all and her other eye is fine.

I was wondering if it was something that will clear up on it's own or if I could buy drops or something or if a trip to the vet would be more pertinant. Any help would be most appreciated.
