Tracie has been outstanding! Prices are very reasonable and competitive. Overall I cannot believe how dedicated they are to meeting your needs. Example: Last week I ordered some avian bulbs and two different packages of bird food to enhance my conure's needs. Tracie emailed me telling me that the food would ship later but she would immediately ship the bulbs. The bulbs arrived as stated but guess what she shipped the food UPS 2 day and it almost arrived only a day or two later.. I cannot say enough about how I have been treated. I will be a repeat customer...
