No, it is not a good idea. If they were like 10 years old and always played together outside the cage and enjoyed each others company for years, then it might be a possibility. But even then the larger bird could seriously injure the smaller bird.

Typically you don't put birds that originate from different countries together and you don't put birds together and expect them to get along. Unless you have a huge outdoor aviary like a zoo, you have to let the birds decide they like each other and WANT to live together or you are asking for trouble.
