Moulting - less talkative

My one year old Alexandrine is in the middle of a moult and is not as talkative as usual. Is this normal or should I be concerned? He is eating well, just not very talkative.

Birds going through a heavy moult can eat & talk less than usual & some can eat more than usual.

If you're in doubt phone your avian vet & ask to make sure there is nothing else that may be wrong.
