i have 10 budgies.they lived for one year and then one day they all dropped there head one by one became lazy and died..please tell what happened to them

All birds died the same day

There is no way to tell you what happened, sorry. Being that they all died on the same day, it seems it would have been something toxic in their environment. The likely either ingested something toxic or breathed something toxic.

You would need to Find an Avian Vet to do a necropsy to determine the exact cause of death.
