My 9 year old bugie has a lump on his back

Hi, my 9 year old bugie has a lump on his back it is all crusty looking and his feathers don't seem to be growing properly, it's a large lump white & creamy in colour and and his feathers don't seem to be opening there are just straw like......
please advise

Dr B can not help without examining your bird in person, because he can't tell what is wrong or prescribe medication.

Please Find an Avian Vet right away to examine your bird to determine what this is and what the treatment should be.

It could be a tumor, a disease or an infection.
