My Africa Grey has a bleeding lump in its chest

I have left home for a month and come back found out My husband's Africa Gey doesn't want me to get close to it. It kept flap and jump away when I walkby for a month so far. Last week, we found out that it has a bleeding lump in its chest. We can touch and feel the rigid bump in the lump. It starts having loud noise screeching once a while recently. Does bird get chest bone fractured?
