my alex parrot is 5 months old and only weights 218 grams should I be concern

You didn't say what species your bird is so there is no way to even give you a rough guesstimate. You should be taking your bird to an avian vet once a year, so if you haven't done this, take your bird for a vet visit and your vet will be able to help you with what weight your bird should maintain.
