Hole in bird's beak

I am sorry that this did not get answered. There should be two holes where the feathers are, that is the bird's nares. The bird breathes from the nares.

If you are not talking about the nares, then you should take your bird to see an avian vet for a check up. You need to take your bird once a year for a check up and vaccination anyway, so now would be a good time to go.
