My Bird has a big bump

My ringneck dove has like a big red bump on his stomach that he keeps picking what is it and how do we care for it it is rather large

You will need to take your bird to an avian vet. Your bird needs to be seen in person, so the bump can be examined and possibly tested to see if it is a tumor. Dr B can not tell you what is wrong, nor prescribe anything, over the Internet.
