my bird looks like its dying. what do i do?

my Peachfaced Love Bird looks like she is dying. she was pregnant, she has diarrhea and and she is breathing deeply and her tongue is moving a lot. last night she was perfectly OK, well she looked OK. her partner is perfectly fine as well. i really need help. my mom already gave her antibiotics for birds. but she looks like she is dying. what do i do?
