my love bird seems to sleep a lot from yesterday and stays puffed up at the bottom of the cage . . .it seems to be a young child and still doesn0know how to fly. . . Is there anything wrong with him

I am so sorry, but your bird is probably very sick. Nobody can help on the Internet, you must take your bird to an avian vet right away.
