My budgie escaped as I was cleaning his cage out and flew into the blinds in the front room he let me catch him but now has a cut above his nose. It doesn't look like it is bleeding anymore shall I take him to a vet?

If it isn't bleeding, and doesn't look like it is getting infected, then you don't need a vet visit.

Make sure if you provide bathing water, or if you don't use a water bottle for drinking, that you change out the water every 3 hours so it doesn't get bacteria water in it. You use this link to get a Lixit water bottle.

A water bottle is really, always, the best thing. And honestly, bath water should never sit for more than 3 hours anyway.
