my canary with crusty eye

my canary was fine yesturday til today when i removed his blanket from his cage this morning i noticed one of his eye has some crusty thing around it,his other eye is perfect ,it's just that crusty thing i noticed cause i clean his cage everyday, can you please let me know what i can do to remove it! please i love my baby canary so much he is part of my family! thanks

Bird with crusty eye

The issue isn't how to remove the crust, but what is causing the crust. Your bird may have a bacterial infection causing this. Please Find an Avian Vet for your bird so that this can be diagnosed and medicine can be prescribed.
