my Conure has breathing problems

Hello I am living in Athens (Greece) and i have a problem with my parrot,he is a 3-4 years old conure mitred,are 3months now since it started to make some strange noise from the nose (like a snort) and i can tell that he can not breath when he's doing like that.The nostrils are clean,but he's making that sound like he would have clogged nostrils.Besides of this problem he is pretty active.I want to bring her at a Vet.Doctor but here in Athens i can Not find for Birds,only for cats and dogs.Thank you
