my female zebra finches likes hangng with my lillte sister parakeets, she got to the piont the they live together in one cage because she cant live with out them, is this normal?

No, it is not normal, and the Zebra finches are in danger all the time from the Budgies. Budgies are one of the more aggressive of the parrot species, and they will even boss a larger Cockatiel around. Please remove the finches from cage with the Budgies and put them into their own cage. Though they may appear to be friends now, they can lash out at the smaller, defenseless finches at any time and will.
