My finch keeps putting one leg up

Hi, I came home yesterday and noticed that my finch was standing on one leg, when I looked under her I noticed that their is some dry blood by her leg. I'm not sure how this could have happened, she is moving around but she keeps putting her leg up. Is there anything I can do for her?
