My Green Cheek Conure Sleeping on both feet!

Hello,

My bird is sleeping/napping on both feet on the floor of his cage (normally he sleeps on his perch behind his towel on one foot). Also, he is letting me pick him up without biting (not normal). Does this mean he is ill?? What does this mean? Thank you!
