You have a beautiful bird and thanks for sharing your story. I must warn you, you bird could easily be carried away in a breeze, even if the wings are clipped. Last year someone wrote me about their bird that had clipped wings that they took out on their boat. A breeze came up unexpectedly and the bird got lift. The bird never made it back to the boat. :-( You will likely get others telling you the same thing, please don't take offense. People will just be trying to let you know in case you did not realize the danger involved in taking a bird outdoors without a harness or flight suit.
