Bird changing colors

This could be a nutritional problem. Lories have been known to have vitamin A over dose. IT could be form a history of plucking feathers. Plucked feathers re-grow a different color sometimes. I have seen this in other lories. It could also indicate an infection with circovirus. You should have him examined by an avian veterinarian.
