i have a few questions and would like to know a common illness for lovebirds she keeps her eyes closed and is not eating very well what can i give her

Sick birds need a vet

I am sorry your bird is sick. Dr B can't help, because your bird needs to be examined in person to determine what illness or disease it has.

There are not any safe over the counter remedies for unknown illnesses. If you try something over the counter, you risk killing your bird immediately or masking the symptoms so that an avian vet will not be able to determine what is wrong with the bird.

Please get your bird to a vet tomorrow, if at all possible.
