my orange winged parrot frequently sneezes

Hi, I have a oranged winged parrot, (he or she) is nearly 12 years old. For a good few years now he sneezes, a few times every day. He doesn't seem ill, and certainly doesn't act as if he is ill, so i've never been concerned, but I am curious to know why he sneezes, no other symptoms.He still eats regularly and drinks, he's kept indoors in a warm environment so there's no draft around him. Any ideas? or is it simply a cold?
