I'm worried if anything might happen to my parrot,
I gave him a toy and he ate half of it

Are you sure the bird ate the toy, or just destroyed the toy. It would be very unusual for a bird to eat a toy. If it did ingest the toy, then you need to Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird to make sure it is okay.
