My parrot has a little bit of white stuff in eye

My baby 5 week alexandrine parrot has trouble opening his right eye as there is some sort of white tissue at the top? How do I fix this

Please Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird and prescribe the proper medication. Also, please consider returning the bird to the breeder until it is weaned.
