My parrot just threw up clear liquid. Why would this happen?

Please answer this question. My ecleptis parrot just threw up clear water an hour ago. She looks sick but then normal. She looks ok now but not 100%. This all just started today, yesterday she was great she was playing and happy and now she's like this. Is there anything i can do to try to make her feel better?
