My Parrot (Sammy) is not himself.

I have a Parrot, He is very talkative, Until late yesterday i fed him some noodle's and he hasn't said anything since. Did i do the wrong thing by feeding him noodle's? Or did i give him to many? To many as in 5 small noodle's.

You didn't say if the noodles had any sauce or seasonings on them or if this was the first time you ever gave your bird noodles.

I had the same thing happen when I gave my bird a little bit of raw green pepper. She wasn't herself after eating it so I figured it didn't agree with her and I never did it again.

If your bird doesn't get back to his normal self, you need to take him to the vet.

I doesn't really matter if the noodle is the problem or not, you need to get your bird to an avian vet right away.

You didn't mention what the noodle was made of, if it has sauce or seasonings on it etc. either. Human foods and toppings for pastas have chemicals and ingredients that can cause health problems in birds.

It is best to feed your bird 80% high quality pellets like Harrison's or Roudybush if available where you live and only 20% healthy treats, and non-organic human food isn't considered a healthy treat. Chemicals are simply not healthy, bleached flour is just that, bleached and chemical processed to make it white.

Please use this Find an Avian Vet link to find an avian vet for your bird so it can be examined to determine what is wrong and what the potential treatment might be.

Because I do not know what might be available where you live, to feed your parrot, please ask your avian vet what the best diet is for your bird.
