Thanks for this advice, my parrot also has blood shocked eyes and we will be taking the parrot to the bird vet place in a few days.

I'll ask you a question before I answer yours. IF YOUR EYEBALL WAS BLOODSHOT RED, WOULD YOU NEED TO GO TO A DOCTOR OR NOT? Your bird needs to be taken to an Avian(bird) in your area like NOW. This is a very serious condition, and the bird could either die from this or lose his eye at the very least. Sounds like he has a very bad infection.
PLEASE GET BIRD TO AN AVIAN VET IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE THIS LOOKED AT. If it was YOU with the sore eye, you would ALREADY HAVE BEEN TO THE DOCTOR. Your bird needs the same kind of care, love and attention as they feel pain just like we do.
