Your bird is either sick or allergic to something in his environment. Use no air fresheners and that means the spray kinds as well as the kinds that plug into a socket. Use no hairspray, fingernail polish or remover, glue, perfume or toxic cleaning products. This means no bleach, ammonia or other toxic products found in most groceries.

There is a very good bird safe cleaner here called Focus, and it can be used all over the houe as well as the bird's room. It comes in concentrated form which lasts very well and makes it very economical.

Take stock of what all you use inside your home because one or more of them is causing him to be allergic, and this will get much worse in time.
