my female Red Bellied parrot sleeps at night with her head down tail up position. She seems normal otherwise. should I be concerned?

Bird sleeps with tail up

No, this nothing to be concerned about. However, you should have your bird examined by an avian veterinarian every year for a well-bird check up and vaccinations. Be sure to mention this behavior when you visit his doctor.

Sleeps strange for a bird

My Myers parrot does the same and I have never gotten an answer to it. Just 2ce recently he has taken a nap like a real bird with head under wing while sitting on my adding machine.
