Your bird needs to be examined by an Avian Vet only in your area. Do not take him to a dog and cat vet as they are not licensed or trained in the care of birds.

He may be sick, and we recommend an exam be done on all new birds within the first few days to make sure they are healthy.

The other issue is he cannot eat veggies all day long. He has to be eating an organic pelleted diet like Harrison's found here as the main diet with veggies only being 10-15% of entire diet which means small amounts only a few times a week.

So, get him to an Avian Vet and then begin to get him onto a healthy diet of organic pellets. Feed NO human food or drink and no junk like peanuts or other nuts which are all high in fat and low in basic nutrition.
