New Quaker , he is tame but acts like he is a meanie

My new quaker is 5-6 months old, he is molting. but my question is, I haven't heard him say or even make a noise. now everyone says these birds talk alot but how comes mine isnt making any noise. ?? i have only had him about 5 days and he eats and drinks but when i get him out he doesnt bite but acts like he is going too.is there anything wrong with my baby?

Take new bird to see an Avian Vet

Please take your bird to an avian vet. Dr. B can not tell you about your bird because he can't run tests.

He suggests that every bird owner take their birds to an avian vet when you purchase the birds and every year after that for well checkups. Also, he suggests that you get the polyomavirus vaccine.
