This is a very serious illness that is causing fluid to build in the lungs and will be fatal unless you get your bird to an Avian Vet ONLY right away. Do not take to dog and cat vet as they don't know what they're doing and will likely kill your bird.

Find an Avian Vet as this bird will die without being diagnosed and treated by an Avian Vet. If it dies, have a necropsy done to see what killed it and keep other birds out of your home until you find out why your bird died.
