Not using her left leg

I just noticed tonight that my green cheek Conure is not using her left foot much. she will perch with her right leg but holds her left foot up. she can still crawl around her cage like normal but when i hold her she barley puts any pressure on her left foot.

i don't know if i should bring her to the vet in the morning. she is eating fine so far. i read i should increase the heat for her. we live in a basement where it is normally in the high 60's to low 70's. i will do this even thought it means i will be very hot.
