Odd Behavior

Hello, I have a six year old blue parakeet who has been acting odd lately. Usually she wakes up, eat and she's a huge TV fan, so she'll watch TV and play.

Today and a lit bit of yesterday she hasn't been herself. She now climbs to the top of her rotating mirror and turns her back to the TV and bites down on the cage as if shes holding on.

Then I know this morning she had bm stuck to her feather as if she used the bathroom and sat in it. When I saw it I immediately cleaned it off of her. Please can you help tell me what might be wrong. I love her so much.
