Blue jay with face injury

There is not anything you can do, unless you want to trap the bird and Find an Avian Vet to treat the bird in person. If you decide to do this, remember that birds carry disease and parasites, so do NOT bring the bird into your home and change clothes at the washing machine and shower before handling any of your indoor birds, if you have any.
