Overfed Parrotlet baby?

I do not understand your question? Either your bird has a full crop all the time or he does not, so without more information, we cannot answer question very well.

If the baby is not eating, and you are feeding high quality baby parrot handfeeding formula with a syringe, then he is sick not overfed. Baby birds crops get empty, and they will cry for food. Sick babies will not eat and do not have the energy to even cry for food.

Please hurry and get an appointment with an Avian Vet ONLY to have your bird examined for infection, and bacterial infections are common with baby birds. They can also get sick from formula not being warm enough. This causes the crop to not be able to process food and food becomes rancid in the crop. This can and does kill many baby birds, so do not delay having your bird examined. Baby birds do not last long with a sickness, so you are working againt the clock here.
