You didn't say the age of the chick but if it is very young then baby parrot feeding formula from a proper syringe for parrots or a plastic spoon moulded up at the sides.

Hi. I know that rosella babies get fed regurgitated,bird seed from the mum. Have you tried asking an avian vet they will be the best and safest way 2 help you and your special little 1. I wish you well.xx
