Parakeet foot problem

My parakeet is always on one foot and when he walks he tries not to put much pressure on his bad foot. One of his nails looks greenish on the bad foot. It's been like this for about a week. And also before that happened he would always twitch his wings often, that's been happening for a couple weeks. I'm not sure if they are related.
