parakeet has lost all feathers around her butt area

I have had my female parakeet for about 5 years. REcently I have noticed that she is puffed up all the time and she has lost all the feathers around her butt area. Her poop is a little runny also and she doesn't sing as much as she used to.

Sick parakeet

Your bird needs to be seen in person by an avian vet right away. This is not something Dr B can help with over the Internet.

Sitting fluffed is a sign of illness, losing feathers is a sign of illness or disease and the runny poop is too. If this just started in the last 24 hours, she could have egg binding.
