Parakeet losing feathers

Why is my parakeet losing the feathers on her stomach? She is 9+ years old and eats regularly, sings and acts otherwise normal. Thanks for your help. D

my male parakeet bandit seems to have lost feathers around his ear holes hes 5 months old is this normal?

You need to Find an Avian Vet to check your bird to make sure it does not have a disease or an infection.
