Parakeete

My female parakeete has a slight yellow crust over the top of her beak and along her toes/claws. What on earth could this be? Her male partner does not. The people i got the birdies from were'nt keeping the dozens of birds in the weather or cleanliness conditions. Please inform me on what she is going through
