Parakeet's all puffy, has one leg up, and his nose is getting brownish.

Please help me because my parakeet is all puffy and has one leg up every single day and it's the same leg up. At times he would look normal but then after I leave him alone then he gets puffy! Please help me!!

This could be normal, if the bird is just sleeping on one leg. Birds often puff up when sleeping. Actually a sick bird doesn't usually sleep on one leg because that takes more energy and balance.

If the bird sleeps most of the day and is not active, then this is a sign of illness and you need to Find an Avian Vet to examine your bird in person.

Nobody can tell over the internet if a bird is sick, sorry.

If you have a young budgie parakeet, then the bird's cere may be turning brown because it is a maturing female. If your bird is over a year old, and the cere is turning a different color, then it could be an illness.
