parakeets toes facing the wrong way

my parakeets back toe is curled under the front toes and i do not know what is wrong with it

I recommend that you have your bird seen by an avian veterinarian. You can try physical therapy to get it straight, but you should attempt this only under the supervision of an avian veterinarian.
