hello - our female love bird is sitting on the cage floor cause her feet don't work and she can't hold onto the branch. she is panting.

Get her to a bird vet immediately!! She may be eggbound, or have had a stroke!

Your bird needed to be taken to an avian vet right away. If she is still alive, this is what you need to do. As stated where you posted your question, sick birds need to see avian vets in person, Dr B can not examine and treat your bird over the Internet.
