Your bird needs to be seen by an Avian Vet in your driving area immediatly because it sounds like he is very sick. If his toenails have overgrown to the point where he cannot stand on his feet, this is called severe neglect on your part.

Your bird's toenails have to be trimmed every few months, and if you are unable to do this, then he needs to be taken to an Avian Vet for regular toenail trims.

Please make an appointment with an Avian Vet in your area and get your bird in there as quickly as you can. The thought of this poor little bird laying on his stomach unable to stand up is heartbreaking and leads me to believe you care very little for your bird's welfare.

Take him to the vet immediately and let us know what the vet has to say.
