Parrot acting nuts.

My parrot is acting nuts. He keeps pucking his tail feathers and lifting each leg wildly. He is also walking all over the cage and upside down. Can you help? Thanks Ginny

Please Find an Avian Vet for your bird right away. He may be in pain due to a tumor or internal infection. The only way he knows to deal with it is to try to bite his way into where he is hurting.
